Find an installer
Tell us about your holiday-light plans.
A few details make a useful starting point. Open the assistant to ask a question or begin an installer request. It is an automated assistant; read the chat notice before sharing information.
A rough idea is enough
Have these details in mind:
- The property's ZIP.
- Seasonal home lighting, a commercial or event project, permanent lighting—or “not sure.”
- The areas you would like to light and approximate timing.
- Whether you already own lights, if relevant. A budget is optional.
When you ask for a response, provide one reachable contact route supported by the service. Check your details and correct anything that has changed. Do not send payment information, passwords or property access codes.
What happens next?
We review the request for fit. Before an introduction, we name the installer and ask which details you agree to share. Submitting information does not confirm a match, reserve a date or produce an installation quote.
How introductions workIs this about an existing job?
For maintenance, removal or a previous introduction, use existing-job help. If you are returning for a new project, say which season and what you want this time. A new request does not sign you up for future promotions.

When you request a person, the chat is configured to pause automated replies and route your request to our human-review queue. Review is asynchronous; no live connection or response time is promised. For help with an installer's existing work, use the contact details in your installation agreement. For a privacy question, use the contact details in our privacy notice.
