Questions, answered
Before the first strand goes up
Know who does the work, what needs confirmation and how to ask for help. These answers are available without starting an inquiry.
The service
Do you install the lights?
Pro Holiday Lights arranges introductions to independent installers. We handle the inquiry and introduction. The installer quotes, contracts, collects installation payment and performs the work. We do not employ or direct its crew.
Where can you help?
Our focus is Long Beach. Requests elsewhere in Los Angeles and Orange counties depend on an appropriate installer's confirmed coverage and availability. Share your ZIP and type of work; we cannot guarantee a match for every address.
Can I ask about commercial or permanent lighting?
Yes. Explain whether the project is a business, shared property, event or permanent-lighting installation. These are separate scopes; the installer must confirm the relevant capability, location and timing.
Price and equipment
What does installation cost?
The installer sets its price after reviewing your property and plans. Pro Holiday Lights does not provide installation quotes or use another company's advertised package as your estimate. Minimum project sizes also depend on the installer and service.
Can I use lights I already own?
Tell us that preference. The installer decides whether it accepts customer-owned equipment. Ask what it supplies and whether supplied lights are purchased, rented or otherwise included in the agreement.
Are maintenance, removal and storage included?
Only if the installer's agreement includes them. Confirm each separately, including dates, charges and who to contact. An introduction itself does not include installation or aftercare services.
Are installers licensed and insured?
We do not make a blanket credential claim. Ask the named installer for current information relevant to your project. An introduction alone is not verification of qualifications or insurance.
Your request
What information do I need?
Start with the ZIP, basic lighting plans and approximate timing. Budget and equipment details are optional. Homeowners do not need a company name. General questions do not require a sales inquiry; a requested response needs an available contact route.
Does a request book an installation?
No. Request receipt, an introduction, installer acceptance and an installation agreement are different steps. The installer must confirm its schedule and agree the work with you.
Must I book a consultation first?
No. You can request an introduction without a consultation. If a 15-minute Pro Holiday Lights consultation is available, it is an optional intake conversation—not an inspection, technical design or installation booking.
What if no suitable installer is available?
We explain that an introduction has not been secured and discuss any available next step. Sending a request is not an installer's acceptance. A different recipient needs your agreement; a replacement is not guaranteed.
Existing work and another season
Who handles a problem or takedown request?
Contact the installer responsible for the job. If you need help finding the right contact, use existing-job help and explain what you know. You do not need a new sales inquiry, and we do not promise an installer's repair, refund or removal time.
Can I return for a new project?
Yes. Tell us the season and new scope. Dates, prices, coverage, equipment and permissions need fresh confirmation. The same address can have a different project; last season's agreement does not automatically carry over.
Does asking about next year sign me up for promotions?
No. Existing-job help, a new project and a reminder-only preference are separate. Mentioning a reminder does not schedule one or create a promotional subscription.
Contact and information
Is the assistant automated?
Yes. Read its notice before providing information. You can request help from a person instead. A human request may need follow-up; it is not a guarantee that someone is immediately available.
Who receives my details?
A Pro Holiday Lights operator handles human follow-up. Before an introduction, we identify the installer, explain any paid relationship and the details to share, and ask for your agreement. Your initial inquiry does not authorize sharing with unspecified companies.
How do I change a preference or ask about my information?
Use the human help route and explain your request. The privacy notice describes applicable handling and your contact route. A receipt is not confirmation of completed correction or deletion. Permission for one purpose or recipient does not automatically cover another.
Doing it yourself
Do you sell lights or give installation instructions?
Our DIY guide covers planning and shopping considerations. We do not hold product stock or collect product payments. We do not provide roof-access, wiring or technical installation instructions; ask an appropriately qualified professional about the work and hazards.
What would you like to light?
Bring a clear idea or just a starting point. We’ll help you explore the next step with an independent installer.
