Information you choose to provide
You can read the website without giving us your name or contact details. When you use chat, we receive the messages you send. They may include your ZIP code, lighting interests, rough project scope, preferred timing, questions and communication preferences. Budget and information about lights you already own are optional. You may provide a name and email address if you want them included with your inquiry.
Please share only what is needed for your question. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, gate or alarm codes, identity documents or other sensitive information. This chat does not accept voice messages or attachments.
Automated chat and our providers
The assistant uses artificial intelligence. HighLevel, also called GoHighLevel, and its service providers process chat messages to generate replies and keep the conversation in our chat inbox. A person with authorized access to that inbox can review the conversation. The assistant can make mistakes and cannot confirm an installer, price, appointment or completed introduction.
Vercel hosts the website. Hosting and chat services receive technical information involved in serving the site, such as an IP address and browser or device information. The chat may use browser storage to maintain a conversation. Blocking that storage may affect chat functionality. See Vercel's privacy notice for its explanation of hosting-related information. HighLevel's data processing agreement describes its processing framework; this PHL notice describes our use of the chat.
Why we use inquiry information
We use what you submit to answer your current question, understand a requested project, keep its conversation context and review requests for help, corrections or privacy choices. Providing an email address does not enroll you in marketing or promise an email reply. This chat does not subscribe you to a campaign or schedule future-season reminders.
Installer introductions
The assistant does not automatically send your details to installers. Before an introduction, a person must identify the proposed installer, explain the details to be shared and ask for your agreement. You can decline. Agreement to one named introduction does not authorize distribution to other installers or marketing lists.
An independent installer is responsible for its own quote, contract, payment arrangements and work. Information you provide directly to an installer is also subject to that installer's practices.
Stopping chat and stored messages
You can leave the chat at any time or ask the assistant to stop automated replies or request a person. The chat is configured to pause replies and route human-review requests to an internal review queue. Review is asynchronous: no person is connected live, and no response time is promised.
Chat messages and any contact details you provide remain in the chat inbox after the conversation ends. Closing the widget, clearing your browser or asking the assistant to stop does not itself delete those records. A request for access, correction or deletion needs separate review; an automated acknowledgment is not confirmation that the requested action has been completed.
Privacy questions and requests
EverIntent publishes the following privacy contact: privacy@everintent.com.
You can also write to:
EverIntent LLC
Attention: Pro Holiday Lights privacy
2892 N Bellflower Blvd, PMB 1018
Long Beach, CA 90815
Identify Pro Holiday Lights and describe your question or request. If relevant, include the email address you used and an approximate conversation date so the record can be located. Do not send sensitive identity documents in chat. Applicable privacy rights and any necessary verification or exceptions depend on the request and the law that applies.
Changes
Material changes to these practices will be described on this page with an updated date. A changed notice does not turn an earlier inquiry into permission for a new installer recipient or a marketing campaign.
