How it works

A festive idea. A clear introduction.

Holiday lighting should begin with an understandable plan. Pro Holiday Lights helps with the inquiry and introduction. Your independent installer supplies the quote, contracts with you and performs the work.

  1. Tell us what you have in mind

Start with the property's ZIP, the areas you would like to light and your preferred timing. Say whether this is a home, business, event or permanent-lighting request. “I'm not sure yet” is a useful starting point too.

Mention lights you own or an approximate budget if helpful. You do not need detailed measurements or a finished design to ask a question. Leave out payment information and property access codes.

  2. Check whether there is a fit

The type of work, location and timing all matter. A company may serve an area without being available for a particular project. We check the request before describing an installer as a possible fit. If no suitable introduction is available, we explain the outcome rather than promise a match.

  3. Choose the named introduction

Before your details are shared, we identify the installer, explain any paid relationship and describe the project and contact information to be sent. You decide whether to agree. A different recipient needs a new choice; your initial inquiry does not authorize distribution to unspecified companies.

  4. Agree the work directly

An introduction opens a conversation, not an installation booking. The installer assesses the job, confirms availability and provides its own quote and contract. You decide whether to accept. Installation payment goes to the installer; Pro Holiday Lights does not negotiate or collect that price.

What to confirm
in the quote

This checklist helps you ask useful questions. It is not technical installation advice, a property inspection or a quote from Pro Holiday Lights.

The look and scope
Which rooflines, entrances, trees or other areas are included? How is the agreed display described?
Equipment
Who supplies the lights? Are they yours, purchased or rented? Who owns them after the season?
Installation
What work and preparation are included? What must the installer assess before confirming the job?
Timing
Which installation and takedown dates are agreed? What happens if plans change?
Maintenance
Who handles a problem during the season? What service, limits and charges apply?
Removal
Is taking the lights down included or separately charged? Who arranges it?
Storage
Who keeps the equipment, and how will it be returned or reused?
Price and changes
What does the total cover, when is payment due and how are changes agreed?
Responsibility
Who is contracting with you? Ask for current qualification and insurance information relevant to the work, and read warranty and cancellation terms.

When the lights
are already up

For maintenance, damage, removal, storage or warranty questions, the installer responsible for the work is your first contact. If you need help identifying that contact—or the installer is unknown or unavailable—tell our operator what you know. We can help route the concern without promising a repair, refund or removal time.

You do not need to start a new sales inquiry to ask for help with an existing job. A genuinely new project is a separate request with fresh scope, timing and permission checks.
